WHO ARE YOU? — ID.OLLOGY
iD.ollogy is the brainchild of Creative Director Andrew Yang and Archetypes founder Cristina Carlino.
The personalities brought to life by the characters in iD.ollogy are broken out by “archetype”. The idea of the archetype originated with the great philosopher Plato, and has been a staple of world reknowned people from Carl Jung to Caroline Myss.
Archetypes has now been branded and delivered to the public by entrepreneur Cristina Carlino through the iD.ollogy characters, as well as through icons and symbology to bring products (such as cosmetics, jewelry and vitamins) and services (such as dating, search, and jobs) to the general public.
An archetype is a pattern of behaviors that defines one more so than any other human characteristic such as age, race, religion, gender, education, and profession. Understanding archetypes helps one better understand both oneself and others. Your archetypes can change or be animated according to the time of day or time in your life. Archetypes are the blueprints of your soul.
